You chose us because you want your memory to have a worthy form. Not a standard pattern, not a reproduction — your photo, printed on 0.3 mm aluminium with rounded corners, in the size and finish you choose.
We treat every order individually. We check photo quality, adjust proportions, verify sharpness. We never print without your approval. It's your memory — it has to look exactly the way you want it to.
How to order — step by step
- Choose size and finish Four sizes (10×15, 15×20, 20×30, 40×60 cm) and two finishes (Glossy White or Glossy Glitter). Details below.
- Place your order Add to cart, complete checkout. Note your order number — you'll need it in the next step.
- Send us your photo Email metalprintcraft@gmail.com with your order number in the subject and photo attached. Best in JPG or PNG format — the higher resolution, the better.
- Receive proof for approval Within 24 hours (working days) we'll send you a preview of how the print will look — fitted to your chosen size. Check sharpness, composition, colours.
- Approve — we print After your approval we start production. Print + finishing takes 2 working days.
- Shipped within 3 days We pack securely and ship — together with mounting hardware (3M Command Velcro strips, no wall drilling).

Frequently asked questions
- What if my photo isn't suitable?
- We send a proof — if your photo has too low resolution or other technical issues, we'll let you know before printing. You can send a different photo or cancel the order (production hasn't started yet).
- Can I order without proof approval?
- Yes, but we recommend waiting for the proof — it's only 24 hours and eliminates surprise risk. If time is critical, write "print without proof" in your email.
- How long do you keep my photo?
- After shipping the order we delete the photo from our servers (max 30 days). If you want proof — let us know, we'll send confirmation of deletion.
- Will the colours match what I see on my screen?
- Mostly yes — but screens have different calibrations. Aluminium with Glossy White finish gives the most accurate colours. Glitter adds a subtle metallic tone. The proof shows the expected effect.
- Can I return a custom product?
- Custom prints are made-to-order products — standard return rules don't apply (per EU law). But if you approved the proof and the print has a production defect — we handle the claim, no questions asked.
